Barbell Bench Press
Chest
Lie on a flat bench, grab the barbell with a medium-width grip. Lower the bar to your mid-chest, then push it back up.
Barbell Squat

Place a barbell on your upper back. Squat down by bending your hips and knees until your thighs are parallel to the floor, then return to the starting position.
Deadlift

Stand with your mid-foot under the barbell. Bend over and grab the bar with a shoulder-width grip. Lift the bar by extending your hips and knees.

Stand with the barbell on your front shoulders. Press the bar overhead until your arms are fully extended.

Grab the pull-up bar with an overhand grip. Pull your body up until your chin is over the bar, then lower yourself back down.

Stand or sit holding a dumbbell in each hand. Curl the dumbbells up towards your shoulders, then lower them back down.
